I am wanting to buy a scope to shoot long range, but also shoot at 100 yard, does the t5x1 fit the bill? Or is it over kill! — 2 Answers

This scope works great at 100 yards if you shooting paper targets you can crank power up and even spot your groups no problem. And long range you can see mirage very well and these scopes have great eye relief. I do not think it is overkill if you shooting at 100 or 1200 yards it’s a good scope you can shoot at 50 but wouldn’t go any closer the parallax adjustment is 50 yards to infinity
