Will this work with an EPC Aero Precision lower? TIA.

We do not recommend it with the EPC lower. Aero built their last round hold open into their upper and our products rely on the typical built into the lower system.

What all do you need to put on a lower and shoot? Or is everything with it and it's ready out of the box? Sorry, newbie..thank you

If you are using a standard mil spec AR15, M4, or M16 lower than you will need our MAG-AD9 and a heavier buffer. We recommend an H3 buffer. If you are using a dedicated 9mm lower than you just need an H3 buffer.

You would need a heavy or extra heavy buffer. Yes, some companies sell a captured spring compatible with 9mm uppers.
