Yes. You will have to activate it per instructions that come with the light. You will then have constant, temporary and strobe functions that are quick and easy to choose with a short tap, longer press and double tap.

Yes it does. I deactivate it on any of the Streamlight Ten-Tap programmable lights I have, personally, but it's still an option if you want it
