You must get the correct model for the XMacro 1913O short rail. I currently run a TLR-7 Sub (light only) on my P365. Dimensionally for holster considerations the only difference is the Height. The TLR-7 Sub Height is 1.24 inches (3.15 cm) versus TLR-8 Sub Height of 1.46 inches (3.71 cm).
