The Strike Industries AR-15 Pistol Buffer Tube Kit can be used with a 300 Blackout pistol. The Strike Industries AR-15 Pistol Buffer Tube Kit will work with any Mil-Spec AR15 lower, so as long as your lower receiver is Mil-Spec it will work.

No it will not. Quote from Strike Industries reply to me when their product caused multiple failure to feeds "Your .300bo set up is not working due to our Spre Slick's buffers system being designed to be used on a 5.56/.223 platform. You will need to do some tuning first if using .300 bo."
