This will work on any standard Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receiver.

The Strike Industries AR Enhanced Lower Receiver Parts with Trigger, Hammer&Disconnect will work with Mil-Spec lower receivers. If your Radical Arms AR lower is Mil-Spec it will work.

The Strike Industries AR Enhanced Lower Receiver Parts with Trigger will work with a Mil-Spec AR15 lower receiver. It might work with your .22LR upper receiver depending on if that upper receiver requires any specific modifications in order to work with a Mil-Spec lower such as the trigger and bolt catch. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your upper to see what specific requirements may be needed for the upper.

Does this come with an ambidextrous safety? I see the two thumb switches, but cant find anywhere in the description that it is infact ambidextrous.

Yes, it can be set at 60 or 90 degrees throw. Be sure to use some blue loctite on the screws
