No the ubr uses a different buffer tube

Magpul makes several MOE stocks, if you are referencing an adjustable model, yes the AR Stock Stop will work for the adjustable stock models.

Alternatively Magpul makes a fixed stock version of the MOE which still uses carbine buffer tubes, which would not require the AR Stock Stop. The mil-spec buffer tube model can be found here:
