How many inches is this item? Would this work in a 14.5 pin and weld?

A
Answered by Jumbles, member, from FL, United States, on March 22, 2019

NO. this item is 1.87in (47.49mm). The standard thread space on a 1/2x28 223/556 barrel is .59in (15mm). even with a crush washer, the 14.5 in barrel will now measure very close to 15.8in. Its close, but not 16in.
