That is false it is an accessory as per 2025 ATF. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE FOR SBR OR A STOCK. YES IT CAN BE ON A PISTOL

For stock only. Not for intended use on a "brace" set up. Once attached to the "brace" it becomes a "stock"
