Yes. However, The Strike Industries G3 Mass Driver Barrel Compensator was designed and tested to work together as the kit. So there is no guarantee your pistol will function properly.

Th answer of yes is completely wrong and should be deleted. You can only use the guide rod that comes with the compensator. The one included is longer with threads, and it is used to attach the comp, Without it, there is no way to attach the comp to your pistol. Maybe the person who answered was thinking about the discontinued "slide comp" which attached to the slide.
