This does not fit the Gen 3 as I have tried. This product does not specify which caliber of the Gen 4 and so based on my experience it only fits the 9mm caliber (G17 & G19). I tried to install it on my G22 Gen 4 and it did not fit correctly.

I installed this on my Gen 4 G22 and the fit/function are fine. Maybe it wasn't installed correctly?
