In a Glock 23 Gen 3 I was only able to add 2 extra rounds. Do you know why I cannot add all four rounds?

Spring binding can sometimes cause this issue, however you may want to contact Strike Industries, they may have more information available.

Will this fit glock 45 gen5 factory mags?

These Strike Industries Glock Extended Magazine Floor Plates are for Glock 19 Magazines and will not fit a Glock 45 Magazine. However, the Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate you can find by clicking the link below will work for Glock 45 Magazines.
