Yes, this should fit the Canik TP9SF as it uses a Glock rear sight cut.

Not if it hits the hump on the top of the slide, you would have to modify it. CanikUSA sells one that does accommodate the shape of the slide. It may fit behind the hump, but I don't have the exact parts on hand to measure each.
