No, these handguards are designed for AR-15.

Will this fit an a RPR 6.5 Creedmoor gen 2?

Most AR15 handguards will be able to be installed on a Ruger Precision, and this is an AR15 handguard. Because this is not designed specifically for a Ruger Precision there may be a noticeable gap between the receiver and the handguard.
