does this fit the universal 3 lug?

The Oppressor Lite is not compatible with the Oppressor Universal tri lug adapter. The Oppressor Lite installs to Strike Industries SREM muzzle devices.

Will this fit a mil spec flash hider? Application Palmetto State Arm. Jakl?

The Oppressor Lite v2 is not compatible with mil spec flash hiders. It is only compatible with the listed Strike Industries SREM, Ferfrans or Desert Tech muzzle devices.

If you have a compatible Strike Industries muzzle device on your Juggernaut Tactical JTE 15 this will be work with our Oppressor Lite. Another note, if you wanted to have the partially tucked Oppressor look, the handguard you are using will need an internal diameter spec greater than 1.56".
