These recoil springs are made to be used on the Strike Industries Modular Guide rod which is compatible with the G3 G17 so as long as you are tunning a G17with a Mass driver comp you will be able to use these springs. We are not able to recommend a specific spring weight for 124 gr ammo. Tuning any compensated pistol is not an exact science you will need to try different weight recoil springs depending on how your Glock is reacting with the comp. Google search tuning a compensated pistol should provide a lot information.
