No, this is compatible with Gens 1-4 and will not work with a Gen 5 Glock.

I'm seeing V-1 & V-2 in every color, but the items appear to be identical & there is no difference in the item description. Unless I'm missing it?

Unfortunately the stock photos provided by manufacturers sometimes represent a range of products and may not show every specific item, only the V1 models are pictured on this page. Here is a link to the manufacturers page, you can see that the V2 models have 2 raised lips instead of 1 like the V1:
