Will it fit on a Ruger 10/22 Magnum steel receiver with ruger scope ring lugs?

Unfortunately this will not work on the Ruger 10/22 magnum. The 10/22 Magnum has level mounting points. This rail is designed for the M77 series of rifles which have uneven mounting points. This adapter should work for you instead: https://www.opticsplanet.com/ruger-to-weaver-adapters.html
