No, this has a proprietary lug-and-cam system that is not compatible with any other manufacturer.

Yes, this will work with the QLS system. I had the same question so I started doing a bunch of research because I love the QLS. Here is a report on the Masterfire with several pictures of it mounted right on a QLS.
