Hi i want to use a steiner dbal a3 and a surefire scout vampire light some models shown have 2 wires and 1 has a single wire.Which one do i need?

If your plan is to use the laser and light with the same pressure pad, then you will want one of the models that has the 2 pressure switch leads. I would recommend emailing us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with exactly what you are trying to do and we can look into the best option for you.

can you get a offset mount so you could put a ir illuminator above it on the same side of the rail?

Yes, you can. Surefire Scout lights are the most supported light on the market and there are hundreds of mount options for a Surefire Scout light depending on what you are mounting too and how you want to mount it.

is this a dual fuel? Will it also take 18650 batteries?

No, none of the units on this page are the Dual Fuel models. The only recommended batteries are a pair of CR123's.

Is the m75 thumbscrew mount compatible with mlok?

It is only compatible if you are using a picatinny rail section on the M-lok slot. The M75 mount attaches directly to picatinny.
