The Turbo is a high candela light, which means it has a narrow but very long beam throw. The the light can throw decent illumination over distance. The Ultra is a high lumen light, which means it illuminates a large area but the light does not have a long beam throw. The difference is about what distances you intend to use the light. For long distances up to 100 yards, use the Turbo; but if your goal is brightly illuminating only 15 to 25 yards, the Ultra will serve better.
Ultra is 1000 lumen 100k Candela ultra focused long range beam with minimal spill. Turbo is 650 lumen 56k candela medium ranged beam with strong focus but more spill (better for closer range/cqb/indoors)
