No, this weapon light is not compatible with the SurFire MasterFire holster.

None of the above. The laser can only be seen with night vision.

Can the IR light and IR laser be on at the same time and are there wind age and elevation adjustments for the IR laser ?

Yes, you can have the IR illuminator and the IR laser active at the same time.

The laser has windage and elevation adjustments so that it can be zeroed at the desired distance
