yes...sort of...it depends on the mass of your BCG and buffer but it is made to fit 9mm AR. I have it on mine.

Yes, but it requires a BCG extension and if your BCG has a weight that is pinned in place at the rear of the carrier you will need to remove the weight to insert the extension. If that is the case you’ll likely need a heavier buffer to compensate for the weight difference.

I have a couple of these and they will not work with either of my AR 9s they do work with 556 and my BO. wanted to put one on my 10.5" 450 bushmaster but I'm already scared the receiver is going to break or the buffer is going to come out the back of the buffer tube so did not try it on a 450

Depends on your BCG, I can confirm it fits Faxon 9mm Gen2 BCG, there are other BCG’s with a different diameter for the sylvan arms extension piece (which they have on their website)

This is from the Sylvan Arms web site: Specifically designed for gas piston and direct impingement systems 5.56 to .308 systems, as well as .223 compatible, it has standard 1-3/16” x 16 thread and does not require any additional parts to be used with standard BC Groups.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Fit: platforms .223/5.56 to .308 & most 9mm:
– 9mm bolt carriers with 5/8 ID (.625) standard sizing can use the bolt extension included, after removing the pin and weight from the bolt carrier
– 17/32 .531 bolt extension for smaller bolt carriers is available here
– If your PSA bolt carrier is causing the bolt extension to come up short contact us for a conversion.
– Does NOT work with Silent Capture Buffer Springs
– Does NOT work with JP Enterprise Buffer System
– 300 blk (blackout) compatible
– Adds 1.3 inches to length of pull

No. It is designed for a standard gas impingement AR-15 Bolt carrier group. There is a small "bolt" that wedges snugly inside the rear of the BCG and the 9MM and 22LR bolt carrier groups don't have the recess as they are blowback bolts.
