Is this California compliant?

According to California, if the manufacturer does not specify it as a “flash hider,” it is compliant. Sure does look like a typical “A2 Flash Hider” though, doesn’t it? I would probably find something different, because the standard A2 is probably the only one that most law enforcement officers recognize. I am not a lawyer and this is not advice.
