The manufacturer does not state what magazines the TacFire .45 ACP Complete Upper Assembly is compatible with. I recommend contacting TacFire for that information.

The upper itself is fine. The bcg it comes with does not reliably cycle. It seems like some ammo will not seat properly in the bolt face risking out of battery detonation. I replaced the bcg with the Stern Defense one, and it now has no problems whatsoever. Glock brand 13 round magazine and the Promag 22 round magazine work well with this upper and the Pro2a lower I have.

Not unless you found a glock conversion kit for your AR-15 lower. The (https://www.opticsplanet.com/stern-defense-mag-admp45-ar-15-m-p-45-acp-magazine-conversion-adapter.html) uses M&P mags 14 round is the best i have found. And yes this mod works well. Did not like magpro magazines.
