Is this carbon fiber or does it just look like carbon fiber? Also does this include keymod pic rail section? if so what sizes.

How much does it weigh?

The 12" model is 10.2oz. (with steel barrel nut) and the 16.5" model is 11.8oz. (with steel barrel nut).
