These should work with Del Ton kits as long as the barrel's gas block journal diameter is a fit.

have a s&w mp sport II ar and just recieved a barska 10" quad rail and need another gas block to fit under the rail. which ones would suit me best ?

Items MAR001A (aluminum, black), MAR001S (steel, black), and MAR001-SS750 (steel, stainless) would all fit your rifle with that handguard.
