Typically, they do not. We may have had a batch or two that came with T-Marks etched.

Is this upper compatible with a HERA ARMS IRS QUAD rail? Rear rail has two protrusions to prevent rotation.. will this upper receive them properly?

This is a Mil-Spec forged upper receiver and should fit any handguard that conforms to such specifications.
