Who is cellular provider? AT&T or Verizon?

This model only works on AT&T 4G LTE Networks. You don't have to get the came carrier as your cell phone - You will set up a month-to-month data plans through the Reveal App for the carrier the Cam is made for. Plans with with AT&T range from $5-13/month, no contracts or activation fees.

Do you have to have an ATT plan to operate this game camera? I have verizon and have not found this camera in a verizon game cam.

There is a Verizon version made by Tactacam. The version you get doesn't have to be the same as your cell phone, and you will actually set up the month-to-month data plan through the Reveal App.
