The Tactica Belly Band Holster will not fit the M&P M2.0 45. The Tactica Belly Band Holster will fit the M&P Shield45.

The Tactica Belly Band Holster for the M&P .45 Shield is designed for models with a 3.3" barrel. It is not open ended and would not be able to accommodate your 4.6" barrel.

The correct size Tactica Belly Band Holster for you would be a size medium. Medium fits between 33" and 38".
