What is vibram ballistic sole? And is is great the Maxx 8 a great slip resistant shoe for walking on greasy wet tile floor? Or oily wet floor?

Virbram is the brand name of the manufacture of the outsole, Ballistic is the specific name of the outsole Vibram supplies to Belleville and Belleville uses when manufacturing this boot style. All Vibram outsoles are rubber and are oil and water resistant. They are not however manufactured for wear in commercial kitchens with greasy tile floors. Thank you
