The manufacturer does not provide the exact dimensions for each size. According to the manufacturer: "Select your plate carrier size according to what size plates you have. For example, if you have large plates, select a large plate carrier."

Thanks for the input. I got a carrier from someone I know. it is size medium but was still compatible with a 10x12 level 4 ceramic plate. Thay seemed to be the maximum compatible size that fits. hope this helps anyone else down the road.
