all tactical tailor plate carriers are sized by plate size. 10x12 would be a medium plate carrier. in my personal opinion I would use the small for the 10x12 especially if they are not SAPI/ESAPI(actual plates the sizes of carrier correspond with) Ceramic plates. I make this suggestion since all the tactical tailor plate carriers I've owned and used all were sized for the ESAPI plate of the same size with room for a soft armor insert or Trauma pad to fit behind the plate in the plate pocket, since I use just the plate and prefer the carrier to be tight to the plate especially the low vis/concealable type, I usually get a size smaller. that's just my opinion your 10x12 should be in a medium carrier traditionally.
