It probably comes as a solid foam with a tiny separate foam bottom to where you can trace your gun and cut it out like alot of gun cases that are not made for particular guns. If the gun is already cut out it would limit the possible sales bc of different sizes and styles of handguns. And IF its precut and your gun does fit and its left handed you can just flip the pad over, problem solved. But more than likely it's not precut.

Description says customizable foam insert. I think you can make it how you want to, right or left handed.
