For a savage 110 ultralite to mount a vortex 4.5-22x50 what scope rings do I need and screws as well?

I would recommend high rings since that model Savage has a carbon fiber barrel. If it's a short action, use item 750719. If it's a long action, you'll need item 75X719.

Is this model for the axis with #6-48 screws ?

Yes, this model is with 6-48. The 8-40 model is item 75XX719.
