Will this set clear the barrel of a Winchester Model 70 Super Grade with a 3x12x56 ZEISS scope with 30 mm tube? If not, can you recommend a size?

Yes, the high ring should clear just fine. If it's a long action rifle, you may want to go with item 75X702 to get more eye relief adjustment.
