Yes! This rail will fit the Tikka T3x Roughneck. The best option for picatinny rings for this combination would be our Talley Modern Sporting Rings in 34mm Medium Height. TMS34M.
Please Note - this rail is an additional 20moa along with the Burris Eliminator 6 having the capability of 40moa adjustment.
