TANDEMKROSS does not provide the weight of the spring on their Sentinel Captured Spring Guide Rod. It is made of stainless steel and uses an improved spring which is stronger and 'captured' so it is easier to install and won't get lost. For more information, I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
