You will download the TargetVision app on your device. From there, you don't need any signal at all. The LONGSHOT system creates its own WiFi network that you will be able to log onto to view the camera stream. When connected to the camera's network, your device will likely say "no internet connection available". This is normal and nothing to worry about, the system will still work correctly.
