Not anymore, this is the same as bullet button for ar15. Now mag has to be fixed so rifle has to be disassembled to a point where it can't fire before mag can come out. Or you can make it featureless and add a fin grip and remove any flash hider or adjustable or folding stock. Has to have fixed stock.
