Yes it will, at first I didn't think is was gonna work cause like another answer states it didn't want to stay closed. I added a drop of oil to the ball and then used a small screwdriver to just work it over and over. Now it stays shut and works flawlessly.

I took a chance and ordered one. It works flawlessly on my Aero M4E1 Lower Receiver, and have no issues with it staying closed. Really looks nice with the somewhat billet angles the M4E1 has.
