R70-TCB-13-TNF does not have a bolt release, you will not need one if you are installing it into your B14 HMR as the bolt release is built into the receiver.
Please ensure you select NO when choosing your two stage Special.

Optics Planet has these triggers with the bolt release and without the bolt release as two separate items/pages. Each page offers the two trigger/lever shape options.
