No, this will only fit scopes with a 1" tube.

I have a Burris Scout scope (short length of tube). I would like to know the dimension of the distance from outer edges of the rings (still on tube).

Kevin at Trijicon says the distance between the front of the front rin and the rear of the rear ring (mounting length) is 4 5/8".
