The Trijicon RMR Type 2 3.25 MOA Adjustable Red Dot Sight will mount to a Glock 45 MOS. Glock MOS Plate #02 will allow you to mount the Trijicon RMR Type 2 3.25 MOA Adjustable Red Dot Sight to a Glock 45 MOS. You won't need anything else.

With the G-45 mos, needing a plate to mount, your sight will ride high on the slide and cover your irons. Not an imminent need, but I would suggest looking into suppressor height sights as backup irons.

P.S. Also from Trijicon: Use the SHORTER screws that come with the AC32064 kit. This may seem counterintuitive, since there is an additional sealing plate, but the longer screws that come with the RMR will cause problems with the MOS and Glock plate.
Recap: Slide -> Glock plate -> AC32064 -> RMR (using the SHORTER screws that come with the AC32064 Kit) -- Otherwise the bottom of the RMR won't be sealed properly against the environment.]

From trijicon: The RMR® Type 2 has identical physical dimensions and mounting footprint to that of the original RMR Type 1. If selecting an RMR for mounting on the Glock® MOS, Springfield® OSP, Walther® PDP, or H&K® VP9 Optics Ready, a Trijicon RMR® mounting kit (AC32064) is required.
