Can a RMR be mounted to this scope?

Yes, you can mount an RMR to the Trijicon 4x32 ACOG Scope but you will need this mount here:

I know this is optimized for 14.7 and 20" barrels, but I can't find this red reticle for a 16" barrel. Can you use this accurately for a 16" .556?
