Yes, the Trijicon RMR Dual Illuminated 9.0 MOA Green Dot Sight can be mounted on top of an ACOG. You will need to use the RMR ACOG Mount for your specific model of ACOG. These mounts can be found at the link below.

Yes, the Trijicon RMR Dual Illuminated 9.0 MOA Green Dot Sight will work on an MPX. You will need to use the picatinny rail mount in order to mount it to the top of the MPX.
