Will this fit Weatherby Vanguard 6.5 PRC?

The Trijicon AccuPoint Rem 700 S.A. Military 7in. Full 1913 20 MOA Rail Rifle Scope Base will most likely not work with a Weatherby Vanguard. However, the long action scope bas at the link below will work for a Weatherby Vanguard in 6.5PRC.
