These are not for a model 41. These sights fit models: 17, 17L, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, 38, and 39.

Will these co witness my G19 Gen 5 with a milled slide for trijicon rmr type 2? If so is it absolute? 1/3 cowitness?

Yes, these will co-witness with you RMR. How much of a co-witness depends on exactly how deep your slide was milled. The front sight is .365" and the rear is .361" the best way to be exactly sure is to use a dial caliper and measure that distance to your dot, from the top of the slide.
