What size crowfoot wrench is needed for the barrel nut?

Trinity Force does not list what size crows foot is needed, you can use a larger size crescent wrenchto attach the barrel nut. Please contact Trinity Force directly for the exact specification.

Will this work on the Springfield Saint ?

Yes, it will. If your Saint is not already a free float handguard model, you will need to covert it accommodate a free float handguard by removing the deta ring system, end cap, and replacing the gas block with a low profile model.

Could use this on a rugger 556 correct? Two piece handguard with Delta ring but this comes with the barrel nut so I can swap it over?

I have an armalite with a 21'' barrel with an old 12'' stock hand guard. Can someone tell me if i need to go with a 12'' guard or can I go bigger?

As long as it's a 223/556 chambered Armalite it will work, however if your rifle was configured from the factory with a 2 piece drop-in handguard you will need to convert to a free float system which involves removing the delta ring system, end cap, and replacing the gas block with a low profile model. You would then be able to use which ever length you would like.

what is the inside diameter of the tube? will my 1.37 inch suppressor fit?

The inner diameter is 1.3", it will not fit a 1.37" suppressor.
