Yes, this Troy Ambidextrous Magazine release is compatible with the AR-10.
This depends on the BAD Lever you are using.
There should be no issue with the TROY Ambi Mag Release working on your M4A1 Aero Precision Lower. I personally use the TROY Ambi Mag Release on multiple lower made by different manufacturers. The key is to make sure that the lower is "Mil-Spec" in design. Most forged lowers will work with this product.
TROY Industires has not tested the Ambi Mag Release with the Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Extended Bolt Release V3, Black, EBRv3. But from what I can tell from research is that there should be no issue. The ERBv3 doesn't interfere with the area of operation for the TROY Ambi Mag Release. If it does work please let us know at service@troyind.com.
There is no drilling needed to install this product on a standard AR-15 lower. For an AR-15 that is made for left-handed shooters, there is no easy answer. It might work or it might not, if the lower is still following the Mil-Spec design then it will work. The issue you will have is that the lever will be upside down. Just remember that according to the TROY Warranty if you take the AMBI Mag Release apart you most likely void the warranty.
